Terms of Service
Last updated: March 15, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Gluer — the platform that helps creators, consultants, and freelancers get paid for their expertise. Please read them carefully. We've written them to be straightforward and fair.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Gluer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Who can use Gluer
You must be at least 18 years old to use Gluer. By using the platform, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction. Accounts are for individual use — you may not share or transfer your account.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Gluer is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@gluer.space if you suspect any unauthorized use.
Creator obligations
If you use Gluer to offer services, you are solely responsible for delivering those services to your clients. You agree to be honest about your qualifications, set fair prices, and fulfill all bookings you accept. Gluer is a platform — we are not a party to any agreement between you and your clients.
Payments and fees
Payments are processed by Stripe. By connecting a Stripe account, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Gluer charges a 5% platform fee on the free Starter plan. Pro and Team plans have no platform fee. Stripe's standard processing fees apply on all plans. Payouts are subject to Stripe's payout schedule.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use Gluer to offer illegal services, deceive or defraud clients, harass or abuse other users, violate intellectual property rights, or attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.
Content you post
You retain ownership of all content you post on Gluer, including your profile, service descriptions, and media. By posting content, you grant Gluer a limited, non-exclusive license to display and distribute it as part of operating the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights.
Intellectual property
Gluer and its logo, design, and software are owned by Gluer, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
Disclaimers
Gluer is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet your specific requirements. Use of Gluer is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gluer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost revenue, lost data, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or cause harm to other users or the platform, with or without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
